At this stage, they’re beginning to shape their own worldviews, dive deeper into their passions, and push themselves to develop new skills.

To nurture their growth, we offer a supportive environment where they can take on challenges.

They work on mastering advanced wilderness skills, tackle larger, more complex projects, and use more sophisticated tools. They also engage in long-term naturalist studies, enjoy team-building games, and spend time socializing and crafting with peers.

Through hands-on learning and thoughtful reflection, our Bobcats build confidence, empathy, and leadership skills—preparing them to take on the world with strength and compassion.
