Registration & Cancellation Policies
Registration Policy


To support long-term mentoring relationships, we offer pre-registration privileges to participants who were registered in summer camps the previous session (ex: those who were registered in summer 2020 will be offered pre-registration for summer 2021). Registration instructions will be emailed to all those qualifying for pre-registration.

Open Registration

Following pre-registration, open registration is publicly available on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates for open registration are communicated on our website, newsletter, and social media.


If a camp is full, you can register for the waitlist. There is no fee for being on a waitlist; however, we ask that you only add yourself to the waitlist for programs that you are interested in and available to join. If a spot becomes available, we’ll contact you by phone or via the primary email address provided with a specific deadline to accept or decline (typically 48 hours). If nothing is heard by the deadline, we’ll offer the spot to the next person on the waitlist.

Spots are typically offered in the order that waitlist registrations are received. As gender and age balance is very important to support diversity and group dynamics within our programs, we may also prioritize waitlist registrations on this basis.

Registration Limit

For our summer camps, you are only able to register for a maximum of two weeks. This is to support diversity in our programs and ensure that every one who would like to attend camp can have a chance at getting a spot.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your child’s enrolment in the program, we can issue a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee up until 3 weeks before the camp start date. Between 3 weeks and 1 week before the program starts, we can issue a 50% refund. Regrettably, cancellations made later than 1 week before the program start date cannot be refunded.

If a camp is cancelled by Earth Path before the start date, full refunds minus a $25 emergency cancellation fee will be offered. We may have to cancel some camp spots due to Covid-19 restrictions. If your spot is cancelled due to a change in allowable cohort numbers, you will receive a full refund.
